I worked with five food aggregators before launching Rocket Kitchens, and I knew the inner side of how aggregators operate. The need to raise money for a startup was a challenge for me. We understood it was needed to be profitable without raising second funds, and we successfully pivoted turning Rocket Kitchens in fact in a digital agency. With it, restaurants can develop their own brands on aggregator platforms.
Co-founder & CEO Rocket Kitchens
Building a dynamic model, easily pivoting, and surviving in different situations is the founder’s superpower.
My strong side is that I track business processes hour per hour and always try to automate my KPI metrics’ achievement. In other words, there should be no blind spots for me when running a startup.
